Delivery & Returns
UK Standard Tracked Delivery - £4
- We aim to deliver all orders to UK addresses within 3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). We use tracked postal services, but occasionally due to factors out of our control delivery may take longer than expected.
- Delivery do not require a signature but will not fit through a standard sized letter box. If the carrier cannot deliver or leave the parcel in a suitable place a card will be left and redelivery should be arranged directly.
European Delivery - £15
- We deliver to all countries in the European Union. Delivery may vary between countries; please contact us for a country specific delivery estimate.
USA & Canada - £20 / Rest of World
- We deliver to the United States of America and Canada. Please contact us at email@example.com for a quote for any countries not listed here. We are not responsible for any import costs or charges and it is your responsibility to check if the product may be legally imported into your country.
Refund & Returns
- Products must be returned unopened within 14 days. To start your return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- On receiving your return we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within seven days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please retain a proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been delivered in the case of a parcel being lost.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will be glad to help.
